Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders begin processing once payment has been confirmed, not at the time of placement.

  • Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Domestic (U.S.) shipping generally takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.

  • International delivery times vary by destination, usually ranging from 10–15 business days, depending on courier and customs clearance.

📦 Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (trackable via USPS.com or the designated courier).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear after shipment.

General Shipping Terms

  • Shipments are not processed or dispatched on weekends or national holidays.

  • Delivery timeframes may be affected by weather conditions, customs inspections, courier delays, or high order volumes.

  • Orders valued at $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery (U.S. only). If you wish to remove this requirement, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • ⚠️ Olympex Solutions is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard delivery time: 1–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking updates will be sent via email — be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see them.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws and regulations before ordering.

  • Olympex Solutions is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or rejections due to import restrictions.

  • Refunds or reshipments are not available for orders that are seized or rejected by customs.

  • Certain products may be restricted in specific regions; these details will be noted on applicable product listings.

Reshipment & Return Policy

  • For domestic orders returned due to an incorrect address or undeliverable status, we may offer:

    • Reshipment (customer covers new shipping fees), or

    • Store credit (minus original shipping and handling costs).

  • For international orders, once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, no refunds or reshipments can be issued.

  • If a delivery is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors, local post office, or building management — carrier scans typically include GPS delivery confirmation.
