Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- Orders begin processing once payment has been confirmed, not at the time of placement.
- Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Domestic (U.S.) shipping generally takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.
- International delivery times vary by destination, usually 10–15 business days, depending on courier and customs clearance.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number — trackable via USPS.com or the designated courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear after shipment.
General Shipping Terms
- Shipments are not processed or dispatched on weekends or national holidays.
- Delivery timeframes may be affected by weather conditions, customs inspections, courier delays, or high order volumes.
- Olympex Solutions is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard delivery time: 1–7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking updates will be sent via email — check your spam or junk folder if you don't see them.
International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws and regulations before ordering.
- Olympex Solutions is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or rejections due to import restrictions.
- Refunds or reshipments are not available for orders seized or rejected by customs.
- Certain products may be restricted in specific regions; these details will be noted on applicable product listings.
- Reshipments for international orders are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Reshipment & Returns
- Olympex Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by USPS or UPS.
- If a delivery is marked as “Delivered” but you haven't received it, check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management — carrier scans typically include GPS delivery confirmation.
