1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing olympexsolutions.com (“Website”) or purchasing any product from Olympex Solutions LLC (“Olympex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this Website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility and Buyer Certification Buyer certifies that they:

2A. Are at least 21 years old and legally competent to enter a binding contract.

2B. Are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research use and not for human or animal application.

2C. Possess the training, facilities, and equipment necessary to safely handle research chemicals. Misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes fraud and voids any sale. Olympex reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of misuse or illegality.

3. Research Use Only (RUO) All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for:

3A. Human or animal consumption (including injection, topical, or ingestion),

3B. Medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use,

3C. Commercial manufacturing, household, or personal applications. Products are not tested or approved for safety by the FDA or any other agency. Buyer assumes all risk for handling and storage.

4. Regulatory and FDA Disclaimers None of Olympex’s products have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All descriptions and content on this Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or endorsement of any use. Olympex disclaims any and all liability for use of its products in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

5. Buyer Responsibilities and Indemnification Buyer agrees to: • Use products only in compliance with local, state, and federal law.

5A. Implement all necessary safety protocols and protective equipment

(PPE).

5B. Not repackage, relabel, or resell products for human use. Indemnification: Buyer shall

indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Olympex Solutions LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, penalties, or expenses (including attorney fees)

arising from the use, misuse, handling, or disposal of Olympex products.

6. Orders, Shipping, and Risk of Loss Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Title and risk

of loss transfer to Buyer once the shipment is released to the carrier. Olympex is not responsible for

loss, damage, or delay during transit. Olympex may refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where the sale

or possession of research chemicals is restricted.

7. Payments and Chargebacks Olympex may require order verification to prevent fraud. Initiating a credit-card chargeback after delivery constitutes fraud and may result in account termination and legal action for collection of funds and fees.

8. Returns and Refund Policy Eligible returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery for unopened, sealed items in original condition. • Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

8A. Refunds issued only after inspection and approval.

8B. No returns for opened, biological,

temperature-sensitive, or custom items. Canceled orders before shipment incur a $25 processing fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

9. Product Quality Assurance Olympex guarantees the stated purity of its products at time of sale. Buyers may verify purity via a certified HPLC testing facility. If the product fails to meet its stated purity,

Olympex will refund the testing fee and purchase price upon receipt of valid documentation.

10. Affiliate Program Terms Affiliates must follow all program guidelines and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements. Required disclosure: “As an Olympex affiliate, I may earn

from qualifying purchases.” Prohibited conduct includes keyword bidding on Olympex trademarks, coupon-site posting, self-referrals, and false claims. Violations may result in immediate termination and

forfeiture of commissions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection Olympex collects only the information necessary to process orders,

prevent fraud, and comply with law. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy available on the Website.Olympex does not sell or share personal data except as required by law or to fulfill orders.

12. Intellectual Property All content on this Website—including logos, text, product names, and graphics—is the property of Olympex Solutions LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympex Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of

its products. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction with Olympex shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Hudson County, New Jersey. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Buyer waives the right to participate in any class action or jury trial against Olympex.

15. Policy Changes and Severability Olympex may update these Terms at any time without notice. Revised Terms are effective upon posting. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Olympex and Buyer and

supersede all prior communications, whether oral or written.
