How is purity verified?+
Every lot is sent to an independent third-party laboratory before it is listed. Certificates report HPLC-UV purity, LC-MS identity and net content, and some lots carry extended panels such as heavy metals, endotoxin or sterility. The certificate names the laboratory and report number; your lot’s certificate is linked from its product page and filed in the COA library.
How do I match a COA to my vial?+
Each vial is labelled with its lot number (for example OSL-GLP3RT10-01). Search that number in the COA library, or open the product page — the certificate shown is for the lot currently shipping.
What are these compounds sold for?+
Our compounds are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory, analytical and educational research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment, and by ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
How does “buy more, save more” work?+
Every research vial in your cart counts toward one total, whatever the compounds or strengths. Two or more vials take 5% off every vial, three or more take 10%, and ten or more take 15% — applied automatically, no code. A discount code can go on top; together they take up to 35% off vials. Mists, topicals and supplies aren’t counted. During the Fall Sale (through October 31) 35% comes off every product instead, with no code, and that is the most a code can bring an order to.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Zelle. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner; we never see or store card numbers.
When will my order leave?+
Order by 4 PM ET and it leaves our US facility that business day; anything later goes out within 24 hours. Tracking is emailed at dispatch. US shipping is free over $150 and $9.95 otherwise.
How are compounds packaged?+
Lyophilised peptides ship at ambient temperature in sealed, tamper-evident packaging inside a plain, discreet outer box, with the certificate for each lot included.

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is being evaluated.
