Every lot is sent to an independent third-party laboratory before it is listed. Certificates report HPLC-UV purity, LC-MS identity and net content, and some lots carry extended panels such as heavy metals, endotoxin or sterility. The certificate names the laboratory and report number; the one for your lot is linked on the product page and in the COA library.

Each vial is labelled with its lot number (for example OSL-GLP3RT10-01). Search that number in the COA library, or open the product page — the certificate shown is for the lot currently shipping.

Our compounds are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory, analytical and educational research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment, and by ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher.

Every research vial in your cart counts toward one total, whatever the compounds or strengths. Two or more vials take 20% off every vial, four or more take 25%, and ten or more take 50% — applied automatically, no code. Sprays, topicals, 10-packs and supplies aren’t counted.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Zelle. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner; we never see or store card numbers.

Orders placed before 4 PM ET ship the same business day from our US facility; everything else ships within 24 hours. Tracking is emailed at dispatch. US shipping is free over $150 and $9.95 otherwise.

Lyophilised peptides ship at ambient temperature in sealed, tamper-evident packaging inside a plain, discreet outer box, with the certificate for each lot included.

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is being evaluated.

Keep lyophilised vials at −20 °C for long-term storage (2–8 °C for short periods), away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days.

It is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used to reconstitute lyophilised compounds for laboratory handling. It’s stocked in 10 mL and 30 mL and can be added to any order in one click.

Because of the handling requirements of research compounds, opened products can’t be returned. If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we’ll replace it.
