Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 4 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day once payment has cleared; all other orders ship within 24 hours.

Standard shipping is $9.95 and free on orders over $150. Expedited options are shown at checkout where available. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.

Lyophilised peptides ship at ambient temperature in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. Outer packaging is plain and discreet.

Risk of loss passes to the carrier at dispatch; every shipment is insured. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days.
