Every lot is sent to an independent third-party laboratory before it is listed. Certificates report HPLC-UV purity, LC-MS identity and net content, and some lots carry extended panels such as heavy metals, endotoxin or sterility. The certificate names the laboratory and report number; your lot’s certificate is linked from its product page and filed in the COA library.

Our compounds are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory, analytical and educational research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment, and by ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher.

Every research vial in your cart counts toward one total, whatever the compounds or strengths. Two or more vials take 5% off every vial, three or more take 10%, and ten or more take 15% — applied automatically, no code. A discount code can go on top; together they take up to 35% off vials. Mists, topicals and supplies aren’t counted. While buy one, get one free runs, two of the same product (any strengths, mists and topicals too) cost the price of the dearer one, three cost two, and so on, with no code. Your cart gets the deal or the volume discount, whichever takes more off.

Order by 4 PM ET and it leaves our US facility that business day; anything later goes out within 24 hours. Tracking is emailed at dispatch. US shipping is free over $150 and $9.95 otherwise.

For long-term storage, freeze lyophilised vials at −20 °C (2–8 °C is fine for short periods) and keep them away from light and moisture. After reconstitution, keep it refrigerated (2–8 °C) and finish it within 30 days.
